1. Send us an inquiry
Our website and other platforms are designed to give you an idea of the wealth of travel possibilities we offer and these can be used as a basis but tour samples might not meet your expectation and your references and you might want to create your itineraries. Just fill out a custom tour plan form to tell us anything you have in mind; we will tailor a tour to fit your needs.
Kindly note that there is no requirement for any credit card or bank detail when you complete the form.
2. Get a quote
Based on your requests and inquiry, the Ftripvietnam team will customize a plan for you including details of hotels, destinations, meals, and transportation, and offer you a price based on your group size, travel days, and other services.
3. Amend your tour for free
Once you have read through the itinerary and our service proposal, if there is anything related to travel service that might not meet your preferences, do not hesitate to tell us. We are always happy to assist you anytime.
4. Confirm & pay a deposit
If you are totally satisfied with our service proposal and tour itinerary and agree with our terms and conditions, please send us an email confirming that you agree to our Service Proposal. By doing that, our team will know how to guide you to the next step – Deposit payment
5. Deposit payment
A deposit is required to confirm the booking. A deposit of 30% of the total of the tour or any other products is required upon confirmation of the booking. A full prepayment will need to be made 30 days before departure for all services by money transfer or credit card payment with all bank transfer charges/ fees to be paid by the client.

6. After receiving your deposit
After receiving your payment, we will issue the hotel voucher and/or any other services as per the below details:
The hotel’s voucher will be sent to you within 48 hours
Flight tickets (if any) will be sent to you 2-4 weeks before the travel date
Visa (if any) will be sent to you within 5-10 working days There is a possibility of hotels or other services being booked out while we are waiting for the deposit to go through. In that case, we will inform you as soon as possible and propose an alternative option that is equal in quality and services. If the substitutes cannot satisfy your needs and preferences, we will refund you the deposit.
