Day 1: Ho Chi Minh Arrival
Upon arriving at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, our guide and driver will be there to pick you up and then drive you to your hotel. Relax after your long flight and enjoy your night.
Day 2: Ho Chi Minh – Mekong Delta – Ben Tre (B/L)
Overnight in a homestay in Ben Tre.

Day 3: Ben Tre – Drive to Phan Thiet (B/L)
Enjoy your breakfast, then our driver and tour guide will give you a drive to Phan Thiet. Located in the Binh Thuan Province, Phan Thiet is renowned for its idyllic beaches, charming fishing villages, and captivating natural landscapes.
Make out way back to Bau Truc pottery village where pottery has long been associated with a certain standard of quality, with generations of artisans having collectively created a distinctive style. Clay is carefully chosen, formed, decorated, baked, then glazed to create wonderful works of art that will stand the test of time and human usage. Then make our way to My Nghiep hand weaving village. Of course, we cannot miss the highlight of Mui Ne which is Red/white sand dunes, Fairy Springs, and fishing village. After that, we will visit Champa Tower to learn about the unique architecture and their culture.

Day 4: Phan Thiet – Phan Rang by easy rider (B/L)
After breakfast, you will travel to Phan Rang by a motocycle. While your guide straps your luggage on the back of the motorbike, you shall put on your safety riding gears and then we are ready for our remarkable trip. We will take you to one of the most beautiful salt fields in the country where you can learn how the locals make salt and picture the scene of workers, salt, and reflective pools all coming together. Return to the bike to visit vineyards and Chinese apple farms. After spending enough time in the countryside and farming area, we will get back to nature by visiting Hang Rai cave which is a stretch of rocky outcrops on the coast. Now, it is the time to spend your last hours of the day at one of the most beautiful bays in the country – Vinh Hy bay where you can enjoy the view and many other activities such as fishing, snorkeling and swimming.

Day 5: Phan Rang – Dalat by easy rider (B/L)
After enjoying your complimentary breakfast at your hotel, we will get ready for another exciting day to Da Lat. Our ride through scenic mountainous landscapes, enjoying the fresh air and stunning views. We will visit Datanla Waterfall which has a wonderful deep natural pool in the middle of a pine forest and is surrounded by flowers. Those who are looking for thrills should try the mini roller coaster ride from the top of the falls, if you are not that adventurous, take an easy 15 minutes to walk to the bottom. Continue riding through winding roads and we can see how the locals grow vegetables, coffee and tea.
Arrive in Da Lat, we will go to visit the “must see ” of Da Lat including the railway station, French district, Linh Phuoc pagoda, the Crazy House which is the number one attraction in Da Lat and it is listed as one of the strangest architectures in the world. Allow sufficient time to explore and feel the “wild, weird and wonderful” house as the word from CNN once described.

Day 6: Da Lat – Fly to Danang – Hoi An (B)
Enjoy your breakfast at your hotel and your last time in beautiful place before our driver and tour guide come and transfer you the airport for a flight to Danang.
Upon arriving at Da Nang International Airport, our driver will be there to pick you up and then drive you to your hotel in Hoi An. Check-in your hotel, put off your luggages, and get some rest. Its your time to explore Hoi An ancient town by your own

Day 7: Hoi An city tour – Village tour (B/L)
After your complimentary breakfast, we will walk through town, seeing remarkably well-preserved traditional houses that have withstood 200 years of weather and war. Learn about the prosperous merchants who used to live in these homes, trading with buyers from all over the world. The next destination is the Japanese Covered Bridge, one of two such bridges in Vietnam. This beautiful bridge was first constructed in the 1590s by linking it with the Chinese quarters. Following Tran Phu Street, we will reach The Assembly Halls. There are 4 Assembly Halls in Hoi An which you can find when walking along Tran Phu Street. Each of those Halls belongs to a Chinese community who have their own beliefs, different assembly halls worship different gods and goddesses.

Then we go to the boat station, take a boat and begin our tour of traditional villages. The first destination is Kim Bong carpentry village established in the 15th century. From the 16th century, Kim Bong was famous for home appliances, shipbuilding… products. The village had a significant contribution to the development of the Hoi An trading port. Nowadays, skillful craftsmen turn to making handicraft products. Although the product is more simple and plain, it still shows the skill and talent of the craftsman. The next stop is Thanh Ha Pottery village which is formed in the 16th century and is the oldest in Vietnam. Thanh Ha village used to produce bowls, jars, roof tile, and lining bricks… to distribute to Hoi An and another nearby area. There was a time that the village was nearly forgotten, however with efforts from the heart of the craftsman, the village gradually recovered. You will have a chance to hear the story of the craftsman, watch the process of making a pottery product, and even more excited is to try to make a product of your own. Get the special bamboo basket boat on Cua Dai river, explore the Seven hectares of water palm forest, learn how to catch purple crabs… Do the short transfer to An Bang Beach, and take your rest time here.

Day 8: Hoi An – Danang – Fly to Hanoi (B)
Having breakfast at your hotel and enjoying your last time in Hoi An before our driver and tour guide come and transfer you the airport for a flight to the capital Hanoi.
OPTIONAL: VISIT EARLY MORNING AN BANG MARKET – $45/PAX
An Bang Market is widely known as Beach Market or Early Morning Local Market, the beach-nearest market in Hoi An, where everything you can imagine is sold from fruit, vegetable to seafood, local street food. Especially, you can find it possible to buy very-fresh fruit at An Bang Market at a cheap price.
Upon arriving at Noi Bai International Airport, our driver will be there to pick you up and then drive you to your hotel in the city centre. Check-in your hotel, put off your luggages, and get some rest.

Day 9: Hanoi – Quang Phu Cau village – Duong Lam village – Long Coc (B/L/D)
The driver and tour guide will pick you up at hotel then drive about 35 kilometers from the centre of Hanoi to our first destination. Quang Phu Cau village has been known for making traditional incense sticks for the past over a century. Arriving in Quang Phu Cau Village. By this time, the villagers have already set out incense to dry in various formations, and we’ll get pictures of people working among this sea of red. We’ll have time to capture a variety of shots of the workers in action. We also venture further into the village workshops, shooting images of the incense-making process, including bamboo chopping, dipping the sticks in dye, and the creation of incense paste. We’ll take more pictures of the friendly locals who have worked on producing incense in this village for generations.
We coutinue to move to Duong Lam village and having a homemade meal with a local family, we will get to know more about Vietnamese culture and history by visiting heritage sites. Duong Lam – a purely agricultural village of the Northern Red River Delta. On arrival we take a walk on the village path to visit Mong Phu temple where is dedicated to national heroes, King Ngo Quyen and King Phung Hung temples. Walking around village to chat with locals to learn more about their lifestyle.
We will depart to Long Coc for overnight.

Day 10: Long Coc – Nghia Lo – Tu Le – Mu Cang Chai (B)
Wake up early at around 4:30 to capture the stunning sunrise over the endless tea hill which is considered one of the most beautiful tea hills in Vietnam. Spend sufficient time at the tea hill to capture the best moment of the endless green and the romantic sea of clouds resembling fairytale scenery. After breakfast, we will leave Long Coc for Tu Le. Like La Pan Tan, De Xu Phinh & Che Cu Nha during the golden season of terraced fields, in September and October, Tu Le shines a bright yellow color on ripe rice fields. The rice terrace here is not lying on the hills or deeply hiding in the valley but it brings a feeling of closeness and reach out of your hand. After lunch, we will make our way to Mu Cang Chai to see the most beautiful rice terrace in the world and explore tribal authenticity. The unique and stunning yellow rice terrace was cultivated by tribal people including Red Dzao (Dao), Nung, Tay, and H’Mong thousand years ago. The place with a long agricultural tradition and authentic tribal ethnics make Mu Cang Chai become one of the “cannot miss” destinations in Northern Vietnam. Join our guide on an easy trek through breathtaking yellow rice terrace fields and ethnic hill tribe villages. If you dare, there is an opportunity to do Paragliding on one of the most beautiful rice terraces in the world.

Day 11: Mu Cang Chai – Hanoi (B/L)
The morning starts with a beautiful walk from our homestay to Ba Nha and La Pan Tan rice terrace to capture the most stunning sunrise moment. (If you wish to wake up early for sunrise, please inform our guide beforehand). Feel free to wander around the area to find your best photography or view position. Return to our homestay, and say farewell to Mu Cang Chai to comeback Hanoi for overnight.

Day 12: Hanoi – Ha Long Bay (B/L/D)
After breakfast, you’ll take a 2.5-hour drive to Halong Bay, one of the great nature of the world and a UNESCO World Heritage site. Upon arrival, the boat crew will welcome you and transfer you to the junk for check-in and enjoy a cruise around Halong Bay with a delicious local seafood lunch served on board. At the same time, you can behold thousands of limestone islands and grottoes rising from the clear, emerald water. After lunch, you’ll join some activities on the boat to discover the beauty of the bay such as visiting a cave, kayaking, or enjoy swimming in the sea before getting back to the junk for relaxing and dining. In the evening, you can join night fishing with locals. Overnight on board.

Day 13: Ha Long Bay – Hanoi (B/Br)
In the morning, your breakfast will be served while floating on the sea to explore the beauty of Halong Bay before disembarking time. Joining some more activities on the boat and then checking out the cabin. The early lunch will be served before getting back to the main dock and transferring back to Hanoi for relaxing.

Day 14: Hanoi Departure (B)
Having your time in beautiful place before our driver and tour guide come to pick you up to the Noi Bai International Airport for a flight to home or next destination.

2. DEPOSIT PAYMENT
A deposit is required to confirm the booking. A deposit of 30% of the total of the tour or any other products is required upon confirmation of the booking. A full prepayment will need to be made 30 days before departure for all services by money transfer or credit card payment with all bank transfer charges/ fees to be paid by the client.

3. BOOKING AMENDMENT
You can amend your booking anytime once the confirmation is made. All the amendments are only accepted by email, so please contact us at team@ftripvietnam.com with your booking number. Our reservations team is glad to amend your booking accordingly.
If there is any extra expense, the team will inform you before you decide to amend the services or travel date.
4. TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Travel insurances, including travel cancellation insurance, shall be taken out by you in so far as they are not included in the travel price and shown in the description of performance. We strongly recommend that each traveler takes out travel insurance to cover cancellation, holiday abandonment, personal liability, and also travel medical insurance. We can suggest you the insurance carrier case by case according to your references
5. PASSPORT, VISA, CURRENCY, CUSTOMS, AND HEALTH REGULATIONS:
Each traveller shall carry a passport which is valid for at least six months offer the end of travel.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of a valid passport and visa and all travel documents are valid for travel.
You are responsible for adherence to all rules and regulations that are important for travel. All disadvantages, in particular the payment of withdrawal costs resulting from not following these rules and regulations, shall be imposed on you.
6. CANCELLATIONS POLICY:
A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of US$100 per person upon the package’s tours or any other services confirmation.
Cancellations will be charged as follow:
- Cancellations made after booking confirmation or more than 30 days before departure date: Non-refundable deposit charge and the cancelation fees applied by the concerned suppliers such as flight, boat, cruise, hotel, etc. by their cancellation policies if any.
- Cancellations made between 16 and 30 days before departure date: 50% of the total booking cost will be charged or loss of deposit plus the number of penalties charged by hotels or car operators by their cancellation policies if any. All penalties will be itemized.
- Cancellations made between 7 and 15 days before departure date: 70% of the total booking cost will be charged or loss of deposit plus the number of penalties charged by hotels or car operators by their cancellation policies if any. All penalties will be itemized.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure date or No-Show: 100% of the total booking cost will be charged.
*** Non-refundable deposit and banking services fee will be forfeited in all cancellation cases.
Refund of Unused Services during traveling:
- No refund will be given for any unused service after the trip has commenced or during the tour.
7. FORCE MAJEURE CLAUSE
We may cancel a trip at any time before departure due to such events of force majeure as terrorism, natural disasters, war, fire, or other external events which are not viable for us to operate the planned itinerary. In case such events happen, we are responsible for immediately informing the client and refunding the full amount that you have paid. The client can also transfer the paid amount to an alternate departure date if the operation condition is permitted.
Special conditions: This policy may vary for holiday and peak season bookings and depending on the cancellation policies of hotels, airlines, cruises and other contractors of Ftrip Vietnam Travel.
