Founder & Photography Guide
Specialties: Culture, landscape, portrait, hiking, active and adventurous tour
Besides my unlimited passion for traveling, a professional tour guide for over a decade, I have been taking photographs since sitting at Hanoi of the University of Culture in the early 2000s. Photography started as a hobby but it was seriously taken due to my work relations and my significant passion for the beauty of our world, especially in Southeast Asian parts such as Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, and Myanmar.
Within a few years of taking photographs, my works began to be recognized by many reliable international publications such as AFAR Travel, The Times, and The Daily Telegraph newspaper. In addition, I continuously add to my growing profile by winning numerous major awards: 3rd Position of The Independent Photographer 2018, 1st Position of Amateur Photographer of the year 2018, Grand Prize Winner of the AFAR Travel Photography 2019, and a Gold Award of San Francisco Bay International Photography 2020.
I photograph a wide variety of subjects, from travel to landscapes to street scenes. I enjoy documenting the East’s rich cultural heritage and its land soaked in glorious sunrise or sunset light in remote and secluded spots. I know my passion from an early age through the different trips I had with my friends and family. It has been 15 years since I started my job as a tour guide but not one day less passion for what I do, I believe that your travel journey with me will be hard to forget thanks to the experiences I had. Working in the tourism industry, we not only have to have the qualifications with a tour guide license but also the attitude and a great personality for the job. If being humble, taking beautiful pictures, and having a great sense of humor are other qualities you are looking for from a guide, then I am that person.

Culture and Buddhism are my passion! Since sitting at Univesity doing my English language degree, I started learning and exploring the ethnic culture and their lifestyles, starting in the Northern parts of Vietnam where people and cultures are well blended and still retained today. I would love to share with you how H’mong people eat, dress, and live and how Ha Nhi people build their traditional houses with clay, etc. And Since I decided to share our beautiful cultures with the world, it now already has 20 years of experience as an English-speaking guide. I am sure that my journey with tourism will keep going, and hope that I could have a chance to share my pieces of knowledge and my passion with you!

Having a business administration background, but it seems like tourism has picked me since it relates to my personality and my vision of a future career. Starting with customer service, finding destinations and services when I had the chance to work as a travel consultant at my part-time job during university time, I jumped into the tourism industry without thinking twice and that was where I found my strength, my passion and my future career path. Together with my husband who also passionately works as a photography guide, we founded Ftripvietnam based on the simple concept “bringing better travel experience to customers in Indochinese countries,” where we are deeply in love.
