Day 1: Hanoi Arrival
Our driver will be ready to welcome you at the Noi Bai International Airport and take you to the hotel. After a lengthy flight, let’s unwind and get more energy for our upcoming tour.

Day 2: Hanoi city tour (group tour) (B/L)
Start our Hanoi City tour with the 1st stop – Tran Quoc Pagoda. Here, visitors will experience Taoist culture in Vietnam as well as admire the poetic scenery of West Lake with the largest area in the capital. Moving on to a famous nearby location is Ho Chi Minh Complex with a large complex of many attractions. Located at Ba Dinh Square, a historical place when the President read the Declaration of Independence in front of the entire Vietnamese people in 1945. Coming to the President’s Mausoleum, visitors will be able to go inside to visit The coffin where the late president’s body is preserved is here. In addition, on the large outside campus, we will visit the One Pillar Pagoda with unique architecture built in the last century. Besides, the Presidential Palace and Ho Chi Minh’s Residence are where visitors can see the former residence and office of the respected president. Ho Chi Minh Museum will be the last location here.
You will spend the afternoon seeing the captivating Ethnology Museum, which is open to the public and has exhibits on Vietnam’s ethnic communities. Explore the Temple of Literature, Quoc Tu Giam, one of Hanoi’s renowned locations, right after that.
We head to Hoan Kiem Lake, where there is a well-known water puppet theater. Here, we will witness an amazing puppet show. Cycling around Hanoi’s Old Town and observing its 36 lively streets is a wonderful way to cap off the day. You will be able to see numerous stores along the engaged, narrow streets. Two thousand years ago, “36 streets” welcomed vendors and artisans from nearby villages to Ha Noi. The products they offered gave the streets their names.

Day 3: Hanoi – Ninh Binh – Hoa Lu – Tam Coc – Mua Cave (group tour) (B/L)
Following morning meal, we make our 120-kilometer way to the south of Hanoi and visit Ninh Binh, a World Natural Heritage Site that offers breathtaking views of the gorgeous countryside as you travel along the highway. Our first stop is Hoa Lu, the former capital of Vietnam and one of the four principal monuments of the Trang An World Heritage Site complex, which has been recognized by UNESCO. Here, we will spend around an hour discovering the temples of Vietnam’s Dinh and Le dynasties, which have outstanding historical architecture. Tourists will have a chance to find out about the past life of the 10th-century Royal Palace surroundings.

After a quick transfer, you take a bamboo boat to enjoy Tam Coc’s breathtaking surroundings. Tam Coc is now a well-known stopover during the Ha Noi – Ho Chi Minh Tour after becoming a World Natural Heritage Site by UNESCO (2014). You may explore the “Indochine” movie setting while boating along the Ngo Dong river. Since then, millions of French visitors have come to the place due to its stunning scenery. If you keep moving beneath the majestic limestone cliffs, you will eventually arrive to Hang Ca, the first cave that the river flows through. Gradually, your boat will leave the second cave and proceed to the last cave, Hang Ba.
Next, we’ll go to Mua Cave, also known as the Dancing Cave in Vietnamese, where we can witness the whole view of this complex. To fully grasp the stunning vista of the Ngo Dong River and the TAM COC panorama, tourists will climb the 500 steps to the peak. Finally, we head back to take a rest in your hotel.

Day 4: Hanoi – Ha Long Bay – Hanoi (by shubtle bus) (B/L/D)
Between 7:45 and 8:30, our tour guide will come get you. Before we go back on the road and complete our trip, make a short break halfway to stretch your legs, use toilets. The van will drop you off at the Tuan Chau marina, where our friendly crew will be waiting for you with a big smile. We’ll start off at the bay with an orientation and an included welcome beverage. Amazing dishes prepared by our chef will be ready for customers to enjoy. For the whole time of the voyage, the bar will be open to serve your preferences.
Sailing through a small grotto within an hour before reaching our private lagoon, which is enclosed by rock walls. Before returning to the boat via canoe, the tour guide will share some Halong Bay stories to tourists. Enjoy the water slide and trampoline, go swimming, or simply unwind on the boat at Lan Ha Bay. You have one hour to appreciate the feeling of sand between your toes. Thus, chill and pause for a minute to consider the breathtaking beauty of this world’s natural marvel. Moreover, let’s discover the origins of the most well-known traditional Vietnamese cuisine.
Try making your own dish after knowing the fresh ingredients and the preparation process. After this fun and informative lesson, you will be able to cook Vietnamese summer rolls by yourself! Free Vietnamese teas, fresh fruit, and little sweets will be served until your next trip back to Hanoi. Admire the return voyage as the sun starts going down and the sky turns a rich shade of red, purple, and gold. We dock at the wharf, board the limousine once more, and head for the highway to turn back.

Day 5: Hanoi – Fly to Danang (B)
Enjoy your breakfast at your hotel and your last time in a beautiful place before our driver comes and transfer you the airport for a flight to Danang (NOTE: No guide).

Day 6: Danang – Marble Mountain – Coconut Jungle – Hoi An city – Danang (group tour) (B/L)
8:00 – 8:15:
We will get you at hotel. After that, we’ll head to Son Tra, which American forces called “Monkey Mountain.” Considered as the national park, it offers stunning views of the coastal sea from its peninsula location, which places it 693 meters above sea level. One of your fondest memories there will be the Linh Ung Pagoda, which possesses Southeast Asia’s tallest statue of the Goddess of Mercy. Standing on a lotus-shaped pedestal, the 67-meter-tall statue is surrounded by 21 smaller Buddha statues. The Marble Mountains will undoubtedly wow you next. Immerse in the splendor of ancient Buddhist pagodas and caves, then explore and learn about numerous religions and acquire awareness of the distinctions between Buddhism and Hinduism.
Finally, we’ll go to the Non-Nuoc Stone Carving Village to observe exquisite stone sculptures and purchase some lovely souvenirs.
11:30-12:00: Before exploring Hoi An Ancient Town and Cam Thanh Coconut Jungle, have some Vietnamese dishes at a nearby restaurant.
13:00: Proceed on your journey with Cam Thanh Coconut Jungle and spend time taking in the calmly emerald scenery of the Coconut Forest as well as getting a real-life experience of cast-and round-net fishing, with a particular emphasis on basket boat rowing.
14:30: Following that, we’ll head to Hoi An Ancient Town, which invites you to see the Japanese Bridge, the Phung Hung Ancient House, the Phuc Kien Pagoda, and the Museum. Purchasing in Central Market in Hoi An is another interesting activity. Take a stroll through the ancient old town and admire the cultural influences from Vietnam, China, and Japan.
16:30: Dinner at the traditional eatery. Spend private time of the night market and take in Hoi An’s dazzling surroundings.
17:00: Get back to Da Nang and take a deep rest in your hotel

Day 7: Danang – Fly to Ho Chi Minh (B)

Day 8: Ho Chi Minh half-day city tour – Cu Chi Tunnels (group tour) (B/L)
Our first destination in the city is the War Remnants Museum where we can be informed about the US invasion of Vietnam, and its absorbing exhibits give visitors an invaluable insight into a defining chapter in the Vietnam war’s history. Departure to Reunification Palace which was named in global history in 1975 and was built for the South Vietnam Government during the Vietnam-American War. After that, we will visit the famous French architecture Notre Dame Cathedral, and General Post Office. Make a short visit to Tan Dinh Church, also known as the Pink Church, is a beautiful Catholic church located in the heart of the city. The church’s unique pink exterior, adorned with intricate details and patterns, makes it a popular destination for visitors and photographers. Do not forget to take some picture of you in this beautiful place.
Move to Cu Chi tunnel is one of the best things to do while we are in the South, not only for its location but also for its location with an extraordinary history. Allow half an hour for the introduction to the history of Cu Chi and its creation and purposes. Enjoy a guided walk in the jungle, crawl into the tunnels and visit some permitted areas of the systems including living areas and martial facilities before heading back to Ho Chi Minh

Day 9: Ho Chi Minh – Mekong Delta – Ho Chi Minh (group tour) (B/L)
Enjoy your breakfast before our driver come to take you to visit Mekong Delta on this day. Our tour guide and driver will pick you up at the hotel to begin our Mekong Delta tour. Along the way, we will visit Vinh Trang pagoda, the biggest pagoda in the Mekong delta. Continue to My Tho, where we take a boat trip along the Mekong River, where you can see fish cages and floating houses on the river. The boat takes you to a small canal, escaping the hustle and bustle of the town. We disembark at a coconut island in Ben Tre and enjoy a walk around the village. Stop at a local family home to enjoy tropical fruit, taste the honey tea and honey wine and listen to Vietnamese traditional music performed by the villagers. Check out the coconut candy shop and learn how to make candy, and see handicrafts made from the coconuts. Take your time snapping photos and enjoy the natural scenery before we head to the local restaurant. Enjoy your lunch outside under the shade of the trees. After lunch, enjoy your time relaxing, walking around the village, or perhaps going for a short bike ride. Then we travel back to Ho Chi Minh at the the day.

Day 10: Ho Chi Minh – Fly to Phnom Penh (B)
Enjoy your hearty breakfast at the hotel then the driver picks up you and transfer to Tan Son Nhat International Airport for departure to Phnom Penh – the capital of Cambodia. (NOTE: No guide).
Upon arrival at Phnom Penh Int’s Airport, process immigration procedure (visa on arrival is available or obtain in advance via www.evisa.gov.kh), then get your luggage and walk straight to the Exit Gate where our guide is waiting. After self-introduced, you’ll transfer directly around 40 minutes to the hotel (check in time is 2pm).

Day 11: Phnome Penh’s Past & Present (B)

Breakfast at hotel, visit to The Tuol Sleng Prison Museum and the notorious ‘Killing Fields’ of Choeung Ek are not to be missed. A visit to these sights provides a deep insight into the painful bloody rule of the Khmer Rouge. Visit to the Royal Palace compound build in 1866 by the Predecessors of King Norodom, is the most conspicuous feature and also one of impressive colorful Khmer-style Palaces. Nearside the Royal Palace is Silver Pagoda (The Emerald Buddha temple), display plenty of Buddha Statues that were decorated and made by diamond, emerald, gold and silver. Visit to the National Museum, the distinctive red building with a beautiful Khmer architecture was built since 1917 and contains more than 5000 art objects made of sandstone, bronze, silver, copper, wood and
others. Next, we head to visit Wat Phnom “Mountain Pagoda” is a Buddhist temple that symbolizes the name of Phnom Penh, located on the hill. According to legend, the first pagoda on this site was erected in 1372 to house four statues of Buddha deposited here by the waters of the Mekong River and discovered by Lady Penh. Wat Phnom is the most popular place for local people come to play healthy spot or praying for their good luck as well as admire the sundown

Day 12: Phnom Penh – Siem Reap (B)
Today we travel by road from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap by private vehicle and English guide. On route you will have a chance to stop on the way to take photo and witness the everyday lives of Cambodians as you pass through interesting provincial towns, bucolic villages, and delightful scenery. This is no ‘freeway dash’ as you will often slow down to let cows and water buffalo wander across the road, pass horse drawn carriages, and school kids walking and cycling to/from school.
We may choose to stop at Skoun, also known as ‘Spider vile’ due to the deep-fried tarantula that is the local delicacy, are you adventurous enough to try one?
Arrive in Kampong Thom, we visit Sambor Prei Kuk, which is dotted with hundred Pre-Angkor styled temples. The site, part of the Chenla Kingdom, includes an area of nearly 1000 acres enclosed by double walls, and hundreds of temples and towers; its construction predates Angkor Wat by several centuries. The road conditions are very poor, but the spectacular scenery, with a mixture of temples and forest makes the hardship all worthwhile.
On route you may wish to stop off in Kampong Kdei, to look at Spean Pratos – an ancient Angkorian bridge.
Before arriving Siem Reap, we stop at Kampong Phluk. You will enjoy a boat ride on the Tonle Sap Lake. This is the largest permanent fresh-water lake in South East Asia and flows into Tonle Sap River, joining the Mekong in Phnom Penh. You will see a fishermen’s “floating village” with floating schools, floating police station, etc. It is same as a big village floating on the lake, and the “village” move from place-to-place following water levels and current.
Upon arrival in Siem Reap you will check-in to your hotel after which you are free at leisure for the rest of the evening.

Day 13: Angkor Highlight (B)
We start very early in the morning so we can capture the iconic picture of the pre-dawn facing Angkor Wat temple. Sunrise at Angkor Wat can be a busy venue especially during the months of December, January, February and March.
After sunrise, we will explore the vast and rich of Angkor Wat temple, taking pictures at different angles, playing with light and shadows and capturing the most beautiful devatas carved in sandstone.
Next destination will be the Ta Prohm Temple, famous for its giant trees where the most impressive scenes of the Tomb Raider movie were filmed. We will continue on by veering you away from the crowd to a remote temple in the jungle. We will also visit places out of the beaten path where you will capture unique pictures. We will get lost in the magnificent Preah Khan temple, one of the best temples to learn photography.
Next destination will be the Ta Prohm Temple, famous for its giant trees where the most impressive scenes of the Tomb Raider movie were filmed. We will continue on by veering you away from the crowd to a remote temple in the jungle. We will also visit places out of the beaten path where you will capture unique pictures. We will get lost in the magnificent Preah Khan temple, one of the best temples to learn photography.
Next, at the Golden Hour, will be the impressive Bayon temple with its 54 towers and 216 faces overlooking the defunct city of Angkor Thom. The final stop will be at one of gate of Angkor Thom to capture sunset over the moat.
Continue to local pagoda and experience the beauty and tradition of a Buddhist monk blessing ceremony:
Sample a piece of rural Buddhist culture; experience a traditional Monk blessing. Once changing into the appropriate Sarong/Kroma, the ceremony will begin.
Sitting on the stairs of the little Pagoda, the Monk will pour blessed water over you while chanting Pâli prayers. As an option, if you so wish, the Monk can tell you something about what the future may hold for you.
Monk blessings are frequently performed at weddings, birthdays or on Buddha days. It is a refreshing ceremony of spirit cleansing bringing well-being and good luck!

2. DEPOSIT PAYMENT
A deposit is required to confirm the booking. A deposit of 30% of the total of the tour or any other products is required upon confirmation of the booking. A full prepayment will need to be made 30 days before departure for all services by money transfer or credit card payment with all bank transfer charges/ fees to be paid by the client.

3. BOOKING AMENDMENT
You can amend your booking anytime once the confirmation is made. All the amendments are only accepted by email, so please contact us at team@ftripvietnam.com with your booking number. Our reservations team is glad to amend your booking accordingly.
If there is any extra expense, the team will inform you before you decide to amend the services or travel date.
4. TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Travel insurances, including travel cancellation insurance, shall be taken out by you in so far as they are not included in the travel price and shown in the description of performance. We strongly recommend that each traveler takes out travel insurance to cover cancellation, holiday abandonment, personal liability, and also travel medical insurance. We can suggest you the insurance carrier case by case according to your references
5. PASSPORT, VISA, CURRENCY, CUSTOMS, AND HEALTH REGULATIONS:
Each traveller shall carry a passport which is valid for at least six months offer the end of travel.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of a valid passport and visa and all travel documents are valid for travel.
You are responsible for adherence to all rules and regulations that are important for travel. All disadvantages, in particular the payment of withdrawal costs resulting from not following these rules and regulations, shall be imposed on you.
6. CANCELLATIONS POLICY:
A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of US$100 per person upon the package’s tours or any other services confirmation.
Cancellations will be charged as follow:
- Cancellations made after booking confirmation or more than 30 days before departure date: Non-refundable deposit charge and the cancelation fees applied by the concerned suppliers such as flight, boat, cruise, hotel, etc. by their cancellation policies if any.
- Cancellations made between 16 and 30 days before departure date: 50% of the total booking cost will be charged or loss of deposit plus the number of penalties charged by hotels or car operators by their cancellation policies if any. All penalties will be itemized.
- Cancellations made between 7 and 15 days before departure date: 70% of the total booking cost will be charged or loss of deposit plus the number of penalties charged by hotels or car operators by their cancellation policies if any. All penalties will be itemized.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure date or No-Show: 100% of the total booking cost will be charged.
*** Non-refundable deposit and banking services fee will be forfeited in all cancellation cases.
Refund of Unused Services during traveling:
- No refund will be given for any unused service after the trip has commenced or during the tour.
7. FORCE MAJEURE CLAUSE
We may cancel a trip at any time before departure due to such events of force majeure as terrorism, natural disasters, war, fire, or other external events which are not viable for us to operate the planned itinerary. In case such events happen, we are responsible for immediately informing the client and refunding the full amount that you have paid. The client can also transfer the paid amount to an alternate departure date if the operation condition is permitted.
Special conditions: This policy may vary for holiday and peak season bookings and depending on the cancellation policies of hotels, airlines, cruises and other contractors of Ftrip Vietnam Travel.
