PROGRAM DETAILS

Day 0: Hanoi – Ha Giang city by limosine van

Pick up from Hanoi at 15pm by a Limousine van – arrive Ha Giang city around 22pm, get a bed in a dorm of the hostel for a night before the tour start.

Day 1: Ha Giang – Yen Minh – Tham Ma Pass – Dong Van (B/L/D)

The tour starts at 8:00 am, when your guide picks you up from your hostel. Already after few kilometers after Ha Giang City you will see a big change in the scenery when you drive into the mountains before the town of Tam Son. We will cross Bac Sum Pass and go up the Heaven Gate to enjoy the twin mountains and the whole view of Tam Son town. The drive will continue towards the town of Yen Minh, where you can enjoy delicious lunch. After we will drive towards Dong Van, through picturesque Chin Khoanh pass. The whole Dong Van Karst Plateau is a major geoheritage sight in Vietnam. You will see unending rice fields, thousands of  limestone rocks and breath-taking views. You can observe life of hill-tribe villages where local people works on the land.. Few kilometers before the Dong Van Town, we will stop in Hmong King’s Palace, a home for Vuong’s family in Sa Phin. We will arrive to Dong Van late afternoon, just in time to enjoy a good dinner after a long day full of adventures. On the evening you can explore the town and relax before the next eventful day.

Day 2: Dong Van – Ma Pi Leng Pass – Meo Vac – Du Gia (B/L/D)

After delicious breakfast we leave Dong Van Town to enter, arguably, the most beautiful part of the whole journey, located on the Happiness road connecting the towns of Dong Van and Meo Vac, Ma Pi Leng Pass. The legendary pass is well known for craggy cliffs and breath-taking views. It is the most ragged pass in the north, often referred to as the “king” of the passes in Vietnam! The whole road is winding through the cliffs and overcomes Ma Pi Leng pass at an altitude of 2,000 meters.

To show you the full beauty of the pass, we will trek the breathtaking Sky Path to admire the scenery of the whole valley and Nho Que river. From the amazing mountain viewpoint you will be able to experience a 360° panorama of Ma Pi Leng Pass and take unforgottable pictures. Standing on the peak of the pass, you will feel overwhelmed by the majestic space of mountains and rivers.

We will continue our journey to more distant villages. From there, you will know how people live in remote parts of Vietnam. We will drive through the villages of Lung Ho, Mau Due and Meo Vac, where we will have a pit stop for a lunch and drink. From Meo Vac Town we will continue through mountainous rural area of Ha Giang province to Du Gia town, where we will spend a night in a homestay located in the middle of dreamly green rice field.

Day 3: Du Gia – Duong Thuong village – Lung Khuy Cave – Ha Giang city – Hanoi (B/L/D)

On the third day of your journey we will take the road back to Ha Giang. Some people say it looks like fairy’s breasts! After crossing Sky Gate we will be back to Bac Sum pass. After adventure ride we will be back in Ha Giang late afternoon.

Return to Hanoi at 16.00 pm by a Limousine Van – drop off at your hotel around 22.30 pm.

Day 4: Hanoi – Ha Long Bay (by shubtle bus) (B/L/D)

Our guide will pick you up at your hotel in Ha Noi, transfer to dock number 26 Tuan Chau Harbor. Then you will be transferred to Oasis cruise by tender, enjoy our welcome drink then check in in your cabin. Haivng your lunch at the cruise dining area. The cruise will bring you to the most tranquil area of Halong Bay, getting away from the crowd where you can do somersaults, backflip, kayak or take a dive. To top off, we also have a giant trampoline and many jacuzzis arranged around the cruise. You will be served a fresh local seafood for dinner. From 21:00, you can join Oasis cruise night-life activities such as dancing with amazing music from our Live DJ, participating in various games with other guests, closing the gap between you and your friends by sipping your favorite drinks while being in the jacuzzis. We also have a huge sundeck for gathering and a bar outside always ready to serve. Last order is at 1:45, thus do not miss your chance to fill up your glass before it is closed.

Day 5: Ha Long Bay – Lan Ha Bay – Freedom Island (B/L/D)

Wake up earrly and do not miss out on the Halong magnificent dawn and enjoy our delicious breakfast. Then we do check-out and get on a transfer boat to start your next trip to our private island. Arrive at the swimming spot in Van Boi area in Lan Ha Bay where you can swim or do boat jumping from the sundeck. Arrive at our very own private Freedom island and check in your room. And it is your free time to explore the island. You can play volleyball on the beach, swim in our private beach and play billiards in the waiting lounge area. To top it off, join the mountain trekking to the top of the island and enjoy the most beautiful and majestic sea view on the Island (please ask the tour guide for the instructions). Please bring sports shoes/ climbing shoes and mosquito spray. Have BBQ dinner in our open area by the beach and enjoy the rest of the night with your friends.

Day 6: Freedom Island – Hanoi (by shubtle bus) (B)

Having your breakfast and do check-out. Get on our transfer boat and move back to Tran Chau harbor. Then, we continue getting picked up by our bus from Tran Chau harbor to Got ferry station. From Got Ferry station, you will travel to the other side, and got picked up by our bus and head back to Hanoi Old Quarter.

2. DEPOSIT PAYMENT

A deposit is required to confirm the booking. A deposit of 30% of the total of the tour or any other products is required upon confirmation of the booking. A full prepayment will need to be made 30 days before departure for all services by money transfer or credit card payment with all bank transfer charges/ fees to be paid by the client.

3. BOOKING AMENDMENT

You can amend your booking anytime once the confirmation is made. All the amendments are only accepted by email, so please contact us at team@ftripvietnam.com with your booking number. Our reservations team is glad to amend your booking accordingly.

If there is any extra expense, the team will inform you before you decide to amend the services or travel date.

4. TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Travel insurances, including travel cancellation insurance, shall be taken out by you in so far as they are not included in the travel price and shown in the description of performance. We strongly recommend that each traveler takes out travel insurance to cover cancellation, holiday abandonment, personal liability, and also travel medical insurance. We can suggest you the insurance carrier case by case according to your references

5. PASSPORT, VISA, CURRENCY, CUSTOMS, AND HEALTH REGULATIONS:

Each traveller shall carry a passport which is valid for at least six months offer the end of travel.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of a valid passport and visa and all travel documents are valid for travel.

You are responsible for adherence to all rules and regulations that are important for travel. All disadvantages, in particular the payment of withdrawal costs resulting from not following these rules and regulations, shall be imposed on you.

6. CANCELLATIONS POLICY:

A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of US$100 per person upon the package’s tours or any other services confirmation.

Cancellations will be charged as follow:

• Cancellations made after booking confirmation or more than 30 days before departure date: Non-refundable deposit charge and the cancelation fees applied by the concerned suppliers such as flight, boat, cruise, hotel, etc. by their cancellation policies if any.
• Cancellations made between 16 and 30 days before departure date: 50% of the total booking cost will be charged or loss of deposit plus the number of penalties charged by hotels or car operators by their cancellation policies if any. All penalties will be itemized.
• Cancellations made between 7 and 15 days before departure date: 70% of the total booking cost will be charged or loss of deposit plus the number of penalties charged by hotels or car operators by their cancellation policies if any. All penalties will be itemized.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure date or No-Show: 100% of the total booking cost will be charged.

*** Non-refundable deposit and banking services fee will be forfeited in all cancellation cases.

Refund of Unused Services during traveling:

• No refund will be given for any unused service after the trip has commenced or during the tour.

7. FORCE MAJEURE CLAUSE

We may cancel a trip at any time before departure due to such events of force majeure as terrorism, natural disasters, war, fire, or other external events which are not viable for us to operate the planned itinerary. In case such events happen, we are responsible for immediately informing the client and refunding the full amount that you have paid. The client can also transfer the paid amount to an alternate departure date if the operation condition is permitted.

Special conditions: This policy may vary for holiday and peak season bookings and depending on the cancellation policies of hotels, airlines, cruises and other contractors of Ftrip Vietnam Travel.
