Day 1: Hanoi Arrival

Upon arriving at Noi Bai International Airport, our guide and driver will be there to pick you up and then drive you to your hotel. Relax after your long flight. (NOTE: No guide).

Day 2: Hanoi city tour (group tour) (B/L)

After breakfast, you will start your city tour by bus. The first destination will be a sacred temple located on the West Lake, which is also one of the 4 sacred temples of Thang Long – Tran Quoc Pagoda. Here visitors can admire the beauty of a corner of West Lake, the largest natural lake in the capital, and gain a deeper understanding of Vietnam’s Taoism culture. Move to the next location which is Ho Chi Minh Complex, to visit the resting place of the late President at Ba Dinh square. This is an extremely large complex consisting of many divided areas, including the One Pillar Pagoda, which has extremely unique architecture dating back to 1049. As mentioned, we will visit both the Presidential Palace and the small house where he once lived and worked. There is also the Ho Chi Minh Museum to preserve many precious memories of the great President with the Vietnamese people.

For the afternoon itinerary, visitors will visit an equally attractive place, the Museum of Ethnology (closes on Monday). This place is used to display the cultural and spiritual values of Vietnam’s 54 ethnic groups and is also a research center. Following this position will be the Temple of Literature – Quoc Tu Giam, a famous and meaningful monument for education in Vietnam.

We cannot miss Hoan Kiem Lake, a symbol of the capital Hanoi, and experience a cultural performance at the water puppet theater in front of the lake. To end a wonderful day in beautiful Hanoi, a cyclo tour will be the ideal means for you to slowly admire the 36 old streets, with each street name being a unique characteristic of the items that the merchants sell.

Day 3: Hanoi – Ha Long Bay – Hanoi (group tour) (B/L)

Start a new day at the hotel with a served breakfast, we will take you to Ha Long Bay, one of the seven natural wonders of the World recognized by UNESCO. Here, we will be welcomed and served by the cruise crew throughout the journey. The ship exploring the beautiful limestone mountains of Ha Long will continuously move while you dine to enjoy the majestic beauty and flavors of regional seafood dishes. Ha Long Bay will definitely leave an impression on you with the wild beauty of limestone mountains, large rocky caves that can be accessed, and the beauty of wonderful turquoise water. Visitors will also be able to participate in a number of activities such as kayaking or swimming in the sea. Light meals and tea will also be served, so fully immerse yourself in this cruise and return to port as dusk falls. Return to Hanoi and start with other exciting places ahead.

Day 4: Hanoi – Fly to Ho Chi Minh (B)

Enjoy your breakfast at your hotel and your last time in beautiful place before our driver come and transfer you the airport for a flight to Ho Chi Minh – the most bustling city of Vietnam (NOTE: No guide).

Upon arrive in Ho Chi Minh, our driver will pick you up to your hotel, check-in and get relax. The rest of the day is your free time to explore the city by yourself. (NOTE: No guide).

Day 5: Ho Chi Minh half-day city tour – Cu Chi Tunnel (group tour) (B/L)

We will pick you up at your hotel after breakfast and move to the War Remnants Museum for sightseeing. This is where the historical achievements of the invasion of Vietnam by the United States are kept, with landmarks and remaining ruins of a period of the heroic struggle of the Vietnamese people against the enemy. Next, you will visit the Reunification Palace, the residence of the Southern Government during the Vietnam-American War in 1975. Not only stopping there, the trip will take visitors to famous places in Saigon like Notre Dame Cathedral and General Post Office with ancient architecture left by France.

The journey does not stop here because we will also visit the Cu Chi tunnels. This is probably a historical site that tourists cannot miss when coming to the South of Vietnam because of the great historical value it leaves behind. Here, you will hear about the story of the formation and purpose of this “tunnel”, try a forest walk with a guide and visit the living area and martial facilities. We will stop our Southern journey here and take a flight to Da Nang in the evening.

Day 6: Ho Chi Minh – Mekong Delta – Ho Chi Minh (group tour) (B/L)

The trip will begin at 8 a.m. at the hotel. Our bus will transport you to My Tho city in one and a half hours. On the route, the passengers will stop at Vinh Trang Pagoda, which is the biggest pagoda in the Mekong Delta. We will get a complete view of the Mekong River via boat when the driver takes you to My Tho. On the river, visitors may see fishing nets as well as floating cottages. At the same time, you may get away from the hustle and bustle of the city by traveling down the little canal, where a boat will transport you to the coconut island in Ben Tre. On this tour, we will stop for a break and wander around the village, where you will be able to experience some of the regional characteristics. Tasting tropical fruit tastes, honey tea, while listening to traditional Vietnamese tunes played by locals will be a sequence of thrilling moments for you in this location!

Visitors can try out handcrafted goods made from coconut plants and learn how to make coconut candy at a shop in the hamlet. Interestingly, you may wander around the small town and grasp the surrounding beauty, local residences, people, and even the region’s distinctive fruits and vegetables. Lunch is served with Vietnamese cuisine.

After lunch, relax, go for a walk or bicycle around the area. We’ll then travel back to the river ferry and head back to Ho Chi Minh city by bus, arriving at around 16:30.

Day 7: Ho Chi Minh Departure (B)

2. DEPOSIT PAYMENT

A deposit is required to confirm the booking. A deposit of 30% of the total of the tour or any other products is required upon confirmation of the booking. A full prepayment will need to be made 30 days before departure for all services by money transfer or credit card payment with all bank transfer charges/ fees to be paid by the client.

3. BOOKING AMENDMENT

You can amend your booking anytime once the confirmation is made. All the amendments are only accepted by email, so please contact us at team@ftripvietnam.com with your booking number. Our reservations team is glad to amend your booking accordingly.

If there is any extra expense, the team will inform you before you decide to amend the services or travel date.

4. TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Travel insurances, including travel cancellation insurance, shall be taken out by you in so far as they are not included in the travel price and shown in the description of performance. We strongly recommend that each traveler takes out travel insurance to cover cancellation, holiday abandonment, personal liability, and also travel medical insurance. We can suggest you the insurance carrier case by case according to your references

5. PASSPORT, VISA, CURRENCY, CUSTOMS, AND HEALTH REGULATIONS:

Each traveller shall carry a passport which is valid for at least six months offer the end of travel.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of a valid passport and visa and all travel documents are valid for travel.

You are responsible for adherence to all rules and regulations that are important for travel. All disadvantages, in particular the payment of withdrawal costs resulting from not following these rules and regulations, shall be imposed on you.

6. CANCELLATIONS POLICY:

A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of US$100 per person upon the package’s tours or any other services confirmation.

Cancellations will be charged as follow:

• Cancellations made after booking confirmation or more than 30 days before departure date: Non-refundable deposit charge and the cancelation fees applied by the concerned suppliers such as flight, boat, cruise, hotel, etc. by their cancellation policies if any.
• Cancellations made between 16 and 30 days before departure date: 50% of the total booking cost will be charged or loss of deposit plus the number of penalties charged by hotels or car operators by their cancellation policies if any. All penalties will be itemized.
• Cancellations made between 7 and 15 days before departure date: 70% of the total booking cost will be charged or loss of deposit plus the number of penalties charged by hotels or car operators by their cancellation policies if any. All penalties will be itemized.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure date or No-Show: 100% of the total booking cost will be charged.

*** Non-refundable deposit and banking services fee will be forfeited in all cancellation cases.

Refund of Unused Services during traveling:

• No refund will be given for any unused service after the trip has commenced or during the tour.

7. FORCE MAJEURE CLAUSE

We may cancel a trip at any time before departure due to such events of force majeure as terrorism, natural disasters, war, fire, or other external events which are not viable for us to operate the planned itinerary. In case such events happen, we are responsible for immediately informing the client and refunding the full amount that you have paid. The client can also transfer the paid amount to an alternate departure date if the operation condition is permitted.

Special conditions: This policy may vary for holiday and peak season bookings and depending on the cancellation policies of hotels, airlines, cruises and other contractors of Ftrip Vietnam Travel.
